Note de dégustation :

 

Oeil : Très belle couleur rouge profonde

Nez : Bouquet de fruits rouges et noirs murs : myrtille.

Bouche : Suave et onctueuse. Belle matière, de la fraîcheur et des tanins mûrs et fondus ponctuent une belle longueur.

 

Température de service : 18°C A déguster dès 2025 ! 


Accords mets et vins :  Carré d'agneau, veau, Fondue savoyarde, Perdreaux , Pintade à la vanille, Feuilletés aux morilles.
