This rosé was obtained by heavy loss that explains its soft color. The grape harvests are made when maturity is obtained to keep the fat in the mouth. The vine Cinsault gives it delicacy and elegance, the vine Grenache, the curvature and the balance. As for vines Syrah and Mourvèdre, they underline this harmony with floral flavours.
