The color is yellow with of soft golden reflections. The nose is mineral with beautiful floral notes of honeysuckle and lily in particular, but also xxotic fruits (litchi), mandarins, which evolve on the white truffle. In the mouth, it remains well-balanced. This wine presents a big harmony with a finale finely iodized evolving on the truffle and the candied fruits.
