Grape varieties: Pinot Blanc & Auxerrois. Aged for 18 months on slats. Dosage: 8g/L.

Tasting notes:  Light yellow color with golden highlights. Fine, persistent bubbles.

Palate: Balanced, refined, and crisp fruit flavors (apple, peach) with exceptional length.
