The perfect example of red Rhône wine, grapes (80% Grenache, 20% Syrah) are completely destemmed. They are kept in a cold room to help bring out the bright aromas of fresh fruit. Fermentation then begins for around twenty days. After nine months of ageing in vats, the wine is bottled without filtration to keep the fruit intact and preserve the strong personality of the terroir!
