Cépages : Grenache 40%, Cinsault 45%, Syrah 5%, Tibouren 5% Mourvèdre 5%

Note de dégustation : Rosé à la robe brillante, rose pêche. Son nez est plutôt floral avec une pointe de sureau et des notes légères de framboises et d'agrumes.

Millésime : 2010

Température de service : Servir à 6° - 8°C

Accords mets et vins : Accord mets / vin : Tartare au couteau de Saint-Jacques et filet de Saumon, Marinade de Yuzu, pépites de Chorizo et zestes de citron vert.
