(à Vieillissement Exceptionnellement Prolongé)est fabriquée selon la même méthode que la Chartreuse traditionnelle, mais son vieillissement prolongé lui confère un arôme et une finesse incomparables.
Composition : alcool, sucre, 130 plantes et fleurs.
Chartreuse Verte VEP : 54°
Bouteille caractéristique, bouchon scellé à la cire, contre-étiquette également scellée à la cire avec lemblème de La Grande Chartreuse.
Boite en bois marquée au fer rouge.
La quantité disponible chaque année étant limitée, chaque bouteille à son numéro didentification.
Dégustation : un digestif subtil et moelleux qui se déguste très frais.
