Un rhum à déguster lentement pour en apprécier toute la richesse aromatique.
Nez doux, devenant puissant à l'aération, avec une dominante de fruits cuits, de
tabac blond et de miel, bien fondus.
En bouche: fruits secs et compotés, caramel
au beurre, miel d'acacia, havane, cuir tanné,
bois de santal...tout en étant très fondue
Finale sur le sirupeux, mais bien relevée par une pointe d'épices (poivre noir, gingembre) qui en prolonge la persistance.
